Medi Hotel Solutions, a division of Debuilt Property, was established to provide and implement sustainable and cost effective strategies for the delivery of alternative accommodation for hospital inpatients.

The health care industry recognises that a many inpatients do not require the facilities or level of care provided in an acute ward. With an ever increasing demand for hospital beds, medihotels cater for sub-acute patients by providing economical quality "hotel style" accommodation within close proximity to the hospital. Medihotels can alleviate the pressure on acute hospital beds and the issues related to hospital by-pass and elective surgery waiting lists.

Medi Hotel Solutions was established following Daniel Burger’s participation in the introduction of a medihotel to service selected Debuiatients of the Royal Melbourne Hospital.  In creating the pilot program and following extensive international research it became obvious the incredible opportunities and benefits that medihotels can provide to the health care system.

Medi Hotel Solutions provides consulting services for the development, operation and ownership of medihotel projects.
